Business description
Campion Books is the publisher of the Kernowland Series of children's novels by Jack Trelawny. We publish a range of titles and distribute books to wholesale booksellers, retail booksellers, schools, libraries, other organisations, and individual customers.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
Orders received on our websites (including www.kernowland.com) or via forms completed by customers and sent to us in the post, are processed on the same day if possible and books are normally delivered by Royal Mail within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Books that require a personal dedication and author signature may sometimes take a little longer, depending on availability of the author.

Return Policy
Due to advances in the printing industry, faulty books are rare. However, if a book is faulty, (e.g. missing pages), we will replace it within 14 days of return of the book to the 2 Lea Valley House address below.

Privacy Policy
In order to process payments and deliver items to customers, we need to collect delivery/shipping and financial information. After the current transaction has been entered and the payment for the current order has been processed, Campion Books does not store financial details supplied by customers. Forms containing the financial details and other records are securely destroyed.
